Out of everyone that has ever signed up to be on any of our list we have less than 10 that do not have emails. Some of these people have access to computers and simply wish not to share their e-mails. Those members that have e-mail and know of someone that does not, always share the info with their neighbors. If you know of any of your neighbors that wish to be included have them contact April May our Secretary at amays@carolina.rr.com or Debra Campbell our Director at dcampbell011@carolina.rr.com they will be happy to include them on anything sent out, even if they don't pay their 15 dollar dues. Many HOAs don't communicate with their non members or even share minutes unless they pay their dues which in many cases are higher than ours. I have always told the board the key is communication and sharing information to TRY and make, and keep Madison Park a safe and nice place to live. Also for those with computers tell them to check the web site out regularly at www.neighborhoodlink.com 28210 Madison Park. Any safety/prevention tips are always posted under Police & Safety, and any important things we learn on crimes when we have official details are added to the discussion pages. Our distributors of our list are not PAID and of course can't always send things out as promptly as I like.

Be safe and alert neighbors when you are going to be away or your neighbors. Stop mail or have someone get it for you. Stop your paper or have it picked up. Alert neighbors to watch your home. Let them know no one should be around and if someone is seen please call 911. Yes call 911. Don't waste time thinking about it. Better safe than sorry.
