I saw a beautiful German Shepherd mix on Parr Bonner Cove.  He/she has a red collar, very friendly.  It looks like he/she snapped of his/her leash.  I went in the house to deposit my dog and he/she disappeared.  If you are looking for this dog, please call me at 377-1285 and I will keep a lookout.
