Homeowners Assessment Due January 1st

Every homeowner is obligated to pay to the Homeowners Associations an annual assessment (or dues). This is the money that is used to maintain the neighborhood landscaping, pay utility bills relating to the front entrance, and other neighborhood improvements as voted on by the homeowners. The due date is every January 1st. Late charges of 10% monthly begin February 1st.

The assessment for Longlea Estates is tentatively set at $150 annually.

Please be aware that ALL homeowners are required to pay this assessment. Any late charges, costs of collection, and reasonable attorney?’s fees related to delinquent payment will be added to the amount due.

Assessment letters will be mailed to each homeowner on December 15th. If you have any questions, please contact the LLHOA Board
