Hello All,
Our next scheduled crime watch meeting is Tuesday, August 11th, 7pm at the Forest Hills Rec Center on 109th near N. Boulevard.

BE ON THE LOOK OUT: White late model Ford Aerostar, used to be a Coca Cola van, you can see where the letters were on that van at one point. This is a young(ish) hispanic male, seen cruising the neighborhood almost daily. He was observed attempting to take a neighbor's kid's bike, got nasty when he was told to put it back, took off and was unable to get his tag number. He's been seen driving through the neighborhood almost EVERY DAY.  The police were notified of him today but he was gone by the time they got here. Please call 911 or the non emergency # at 231-6130 if you see this vehicle and if you can, get a tag number.

Knock on wood, we've had a very quiet summer in this grid. You all are doing great keeping vigilant!    Call the police if there's anything you think is suspicious, we know our neighborhood and who belongs here better than they do.

Don't forget to use the Linebaugh Estates website at:  http://www.neighborhoodlink.com/tampa/le/    I will post important information specific to our grid (and nearby), crime updates, and you all can post concerns, observations, anything at all, as well as read what your neighbors are posting!  Hope to see ya'll there AND at the meeting on August 11th.

Thanks,
Kellie

Thank you for this BOLO and for posting it on the Eagle Eye web site. I have forwarded your email to everyone that is on our email tree, as well as told several computer-less neighbors.

Working together, we can get our neighborhood back!

My stepdaughter saw this van yesterday parked on Ashley between 102nd and 103rd Aves in the middle of the street.....it was crusing around here all afternoon......she didnt realize anything was amiss until she got the flyer today.  She is home most days...I told her to report it and get a tag the next time she sees it.....we have placed pen and paper in all vehicles in an attempt to catch this thief!!!!  he is probably the same one that took my daughters bikes awhile back...........
