One of my neighbors came to me with a big concern regarding an old man driving around our neighborhood in a black pickup truck, offering his landscape services. He is asking for money in advance and runaway with your money. Please if you have additional information like name and telephone number contacts us or the Duval police department.
A person doesn't get old and decide to go around and steal from people like that. This man is been doing this for a long time. It's time to stop him. Please if you have any information or if you have been a victim of this person reply to my post.
