Are you in favor of putting dawn-to-dusk lights on the utility poles in our alleys? We cn put a shield on each light to cut down light that reflects into the backyards. Would you want a shielded or unshielded light in your alley?

Lighting of Yard

Perhaps having some of the light in the backyard would serve to further deter a possible break in. Would it be bright enough to come through the back bedroom window and cause a potential sleeping problem? Does anyone else in the neighborhood have any suggestions?
