Can we get our Lawn Service to trim the kudzu on the corner of Shiella Caruth and Heather Leanne?  There used to be 2 mower widths between the sidewalk and the gulley.  Then they dropped back to 1 mower width, and now none at all.  The kudzu is stretching out halfway over the sidewalk on both streets, and that's immediately after a mowing of the common area.  It's just a matter of time before someone trips over the stuff.

I'm sure they'd do it if someone pointed it out to them while they were here mowing.

Well, our lawn service came back today to recut the common areas, and were asked to address the kudzu issue.  Their reply: "We're paid to mow, blow, and go".  And when pressed that there used to be 2 mower widths of grass to cut between the sidewalk and the kudzu, their reply: "I don't know what to tell you."

Now it seems the more the kudzu takes over, the less grass they'll be responsible for, thus reducing their mowing time and increasing their profits, but that's not the right answer.
