My concern is in regards to the area behind the common area(playground).  I was wondering who is responsible for mowing the lawn.  I had my landscaper to determine from my home measurements to see if it belongs to me and I wasn't surprised that it wasn't.  I remember vaguely when I moved in my home a year ago that the HOA was mowing the lawn and now nothing is taking place.  To be specific the lot is located behind Loyalist street. (in the center)

Concern #2:

Who do I call if I would like a light on Loyalist Street? We have one at the corner of Loyalist and Westhope but that is it.  I remember when I moved it I called 311 for a street sign, is that who I need to contact?

Regarding the Common Area, please call Pinnacle Management and ask for Brooks.  He is McIntyre's Property Manager and he will get in touch with the Landscaper to get that done.  The previous Landscaper did not do a good job and we've recently hired new

Landscapers who are now trying to get everything done.

 As far as a light, there are many areas that need some more lighting and will have to be done altogether.  This will cost money for new light poles and lighting through Duke Power but this is certainly something that is on the Board's agenda for the future. 

With the hiring of Security, maintanance costs of the Poolhouse and the new Landscaping company, we have to be careful with McIntyre's Budget.  Especially because of vacant homes and residents who are delinquent on dues.
