I understand dues were increased to $250 but when are theydue and will be get letter or bill

If the fence project was eliminated why are we going to pay $250 what new projects are in the works. Are we having an annual meeting.

You should've received your annual meeting notice for the meeting scheduled for this past Tuesday, Feb. 18th.  Since there was not a quorum, a second meeting has to be scheduled to discuss the dues amount for 2014.  The new meeting date will be mailed to your home address.  Statements have not been mailed yet.
