There have been numerous complaints by other homeowners nearby about several stray cats roaming the neighborhood, getting into trash and jumping on vehicles. ALERT: cat owners, the restrictive covenants apply to cats as well as dogs. Failure to keep your kitten/cats in your yard(s) is a covenant violation. Please considered this a friendly reminder to prevent other measures such as reporting them to animal control, etc.
Excerpt from Restrictive Covenants:
Nuisances, Animals. Firearms, Weeds, Noises. Etc. No animals of any kind including by way of illustration and not limitation, horses, cattle, swine, goats, poultry, or fowl shall be kept on any lot. However, household pets not exceeding two (2) in number shall be permitted, provided that same shall be kept exclusively on the premises of the owner.
