Lately it seems that one or both of the main gates are broken. Is this something that will be addressed more timely with the new management company? What should our expectations be? Is this a part of what the HOA fees are for?

Broken gates
The broken gates are addressed in a timely fashion. They seem to broken constantly because if they are broken on Monday and fixed on, let's say Wednesday, they are broken again on Thursday. We are in the process of getting a maintenance contract for the gates so that repairs will be less costly. As far as expectations...I expect residents to care for their community, have a little patience and not break the gates. Thanks for your concern and input. Marvin |

Main Gates & Cameras
Marvin, I cannot for the life of me figure out why anyone would break the gates in the first place but I thought the cameras were placed there to identify the culprits. Have any of the people been identified on tape in the act of damaging the gates. |
