Just a heads up that at least two of our neighbors had their cars, which were in their driveways, broken into between noon and 1:00 today.

If anyone saw, heard or otherwise knows anything that may be helpful, please contact the police.

Don't know if it is related or not, but my husband was awakened by activity early this morning. The police had a man driving a pickup truck in handcuffs outside our house at 4:30 this morning.

What is going on around this ''quiet'' neighborhood???!! :(

What can/should we do about it?

Arrested for DUI but....

the man (50 year old white male with Maryland plates)was seen by our neighbor out of his vehicle walking towards a garage. His car was towed, and he was arrested for DUI, but hopefully they will find our things from the other night to put us at ease.

Thank you to our extremely perceptive neighbor who called the police when the suspicious vehicle was scouting our neighborhood.

I will call the community service officer on Tuesday to find out further information about starting an official neighborhood watch (although we definitely have an UNofficial one in place!)
