Gates
My husband, children and I moved here for the gated community. We do feel somewhat safer and feel it increases the value of our home. With having small children outside playing it does make me feel better knowing not everyone can come into our neighborhood. Of course with any moving or electrical object may come problems. The problems with the gate are not with the gate but have been caused by people. Anyone that did not want the maintenance of a gated community did not have to move to a one. Unfortunately, the problems with the gate have been more than we expected. We can hope that these problems will soon cease.
