We are wanting to re-sod our lawn soon, and we are tired of trying to maintain St Augustine. We are thinking of switching to Zoysia grass. is this type of grass permitted in our neighborhood? if not, what other types (besides St. Augustine) are approved?

The zoysia grass is acceptable and actually sounds like a good option.  There are many type of grass that are acceptable... and a few that are not.  The Architectural Review Application can be downloaded from the Home page and filled out stating your plans. By emailing it to myself(rd@mypinnacleonline.com) or Sentry Mgmt(jpaladino@sentrymgt.com), you will receive an official HOA approval back in the next 24-48 hours.  Or you can drop it in the mail to Sentry Mgnt, Attn: Joe Paladino:
