Lake Formosa Neighborhood Association

Hello neighbors. I guess this only applies to Haven Drive. Since the new Fresh market and condos are in full use, the orlando ticketing people are really taking advantage of the situation. Since the opening of the market & condos, the parking division has placed 2 hr limits to park on the street. I have lived here since 1998 and was never a problem. Actually none of the other streets in the neighborhood have 2 hr Parking limits. I feel this is unfair to the homeowners/residents on this street. I have gotten 2 ticket in less than 3 weeks. My girlfriend has received 3 tickets. I will fight this ticket as I feel the residents of Haven Drive should be exempt. I would like to propose some kind of parking pass (decal) for the residents. Does anybody else have this problem and if so do you any suggestions? Maybe a petition from the hood. Thanks Phil
