Reevaluations

Many residents petitioned Wake County to reduce their home valuations that were to go into effect this past January. I was one of them. I also followed up with them last week and received what I considered to be an inadequate answer, so I sent an email to them. Today I received a phone call advising me that ALL homes in LaCorsse Pointe are being reevaluated. I was advised that I would receive the new evaluation by the end of next week. (that would be 29 Feb.).
