APPROVAL OF CC&Rs BY THE COURT

KHOA RECEIVED APPROVAL OF DOCUMENTS BY THE COURT

The 18th Judicial Court of Douglas County Nevada, Judge Michael Gibbons has approved all the legal document changes to the Kingslane Homeowners Assoc., Inc. As of this date we are waiting for an additional document from the Judge and then will record all documents with the Douglas County Recorder. Copies of all newly revised approved and recorded final documents will be provided to all members in the near future.
