This is a request to all those who park on the streets of Keystone Manors to park in their driveways and not on the streets. There have been many, many times when it's almost impossible to get my car through the street because people have parked on both sides. As a Licensed Community Association Manager, I can tell you that if an emergency vehicle, fire truck, etc. tried to get through our streets, many times they would not be able to. If someone's house burns down, or someone dies because the emergency vehicle could not get through the street and had to take extra time to detour, there could be lawsuits ~ and against our homeowners association and Board of Directors for not enforcing parking policies.
Everyone, please be considerate of your neighbor and park in your driveway and not on the streets.
