Seems so; Meadowlawn, I understand, put out applications FOR them, at their neighborhood meetings.
They're sprouting in Meadowlawn like weeds.

Well, if we could get the city to actually enforce the code that prohibits curbside mailboxes, that would eliminate the eye sores. But the City wants to pretend this ordinance doesn't exsist.
