Okay, buyer beware.... GOOD GUYS AUTO REPAIR.....
DO NOT take your vehicle to the new auto repair shop on Ironwood and Ocotillo. They totally ripped me off for $1400, refused a receipt for payment, my vehicle was not operable once they finished tearing into it and just boxed up the parts, threw them into it and finally gave me the keys after a 2 week ordeal.
What a shame, there are honest and good repair shops out there. During the 2 weeks of dealing with these guys, the owner complained about Napa Auto Care, Fletchers, Queen Creek Auto and one other I can't remember. He said he was tired of fixing all their screw ups all the time. He also told my husband and I that he was going to fire his top mechanic several times but never did. Even complained about how he cheated on his wife and she left him, but she was there that final day and all seemed fine. This guy is a piece of work!
One lady warned us that he doesn't pay his employers, while another guy came to collect his money for contracting work he had done there. Payment was refused in both cases.
None of this is slander and I have nothing to gain but to warn my neighbors. Word of mouth is everything, as is honesty, compassion, and professionalism.
Good luck! Just don't take your car there!!!
