Cox cable was in our area almost two weeks ago,upgrading stuff. Have you noticed they didn't replace the boxes? Some had to be dug up.Drove around castlegate today, 80 % need to be put back.Called and e-mailed cox and they didn't seem to care.They did say that the exposed coax did have low voltage,so watch the kids around them.

I also gave them a call to express my concern.

I called today and spoke to Donna at Cox Communications.  She had to call the Mesa Dispatch to see if any work was being done in the area, she then returned my call.  Donna stated that Cox is upgrading equipment but the work is still  ongoing, she has a e-mail into another group in which she will not get an answer back from them until Tuesday as to how long the work will continue.  I expressed my feelings on safety of the children around the open boxes.  She assured me that Cox will replace all boxed once the work is completed.  I will post again after Donna contacts me with any more information.
