Is there not suppose to be a notice sent out within 30 days of our Annual meeting ?  The last thing I received from Oasis was my ballot, which I think there was a notice on the meeting.  However I do believe that another notice is suppose to be sent out within 15 days of the meeting.  Here we go again.  I personally deceided to drive around the community and talk with people that were outside letting them know about the meeting.  Everyone that I spoke with stated "oh ya I did hear something about it" and "when is it again"?  How can we expect a quorum if notices are not sent out ?

Ok I did read that a notice is suppose to be sent out not less than 10 days but not more than 60 days from when the meeting will take place.  I guess my concern is because this is such a important meeting that another notice should have been sent out to remind homeowners of the meeting.  Communication has been the biggest issue we have had in Castlegate, sending out a meeting notice 50 days out does not help.
