Governor Otter has appointed state Senator Brad Little to become Idaho's new lieutenant governor.
The only thing I knew about Little is that he was against the amendment defining marriage as the union of a man and a woman before he was for it.
Does anyone know what changed his mind? He voted against it many times before finally supporting it so I'm confused.
