Jade Park North Block Watch

I would really like to start is a discussion about the history of the neighborhood. I bet some of you know that this neighborhood is around 40 years old (soon to be a historical monument) and at one time was the only neighborhood of it's kind on the north side. I think it would be fun and informative for there to be an ongoing trivia discussion concerning the neighborhood. I have heard many interesting facts about the history of the neighborhood from my wife, her parents (since the early 1960's), and her sister who all live in the neighborhood.
