Jacobs Way HOA

I am just posting a note to ask if any inforcement will be done in Jacob's Way about the parking on the street situation and the yard up keep. We hav yards in this neighborhood that are a total weed patch. I think if we are going to make rules then they need to be inforced not just for the owners, but the renters as well.

Properties with lawn violations have recieved several letters.  The community is currently seeking 3 volunteers for the Violation Committee that will help enforce the covenants by holding hearings to approve or deny fines against violating homeowners. 

Anytime you notice parking in the street, please email daniel.luckett@era.com.  Just provide the address where the parking violation is taking place.  I will send a notice of towing the next day.  I send letters to those that I see during the day, but I imagine much of it occurs at night.  I saw two on Juliet Leia, and they were sent letters.

The obligation to follow the covenants falls on the owner.  If the property is a rental, the owner receives the violation notice and is responsible for any needed correction.
