I have a neighbor that teases my dogs and can clearly see me when i am in my yard and kitchen from his patio. I would like to put some sort of screening up to block his view of my kitchen specifically and am not sure if there are any CC&Rs against doing so. I am thinking only about 1 or 2 feet above the wall, not atttached to the brick or permenant, but next to it. He has been complaining about my dogs barking and I think it would help if they couldnt see him and it would also make me feel better that he cant see directly into my home. Thanks!
