Can we possibly get a reminder out to our homeowners about the leash law?  I walk my dogs daily, always leashed, and frequently run into loose dogs.  My dogs will attack other dogs if they get near my dogs.  Today I had a lady yell at me that she was Ok to let her dogs run loose in the park area because it had doggie bags, therefore it was a dog park.  And those were the second loose dogs I saw today.  Please get the word out.
