IT?’S ANNUAL FEE TIME
Billing statements for the 2007 Annual Fee will soon be mailed to every Indian Hills homeowner. They should go out on or around January 2nd, and payment is due by January 31st. As was mentioned on the first page, the amount of the Annual Fee has increased and is now $75 per property. These fees are the major source of income for the Association, allowing us to pay for our property taxes, insurance, utilities, and maintain and improve our commonly-owned assets. Please look for the Annual Fee statement in your mailbox, and your return your payment promptly in the envelope provided.

NEW MONITORING SYSTEM AT O.S.U. AIRPORT
The OSU/Don Scott Airport has installed a new aircraft noise and operations monitor-ing system called AirScene. It collects detailed flight data from all aircraft going to or from the Airport. The system also accepts and maintains any complaints from residents in the surrounding area.

To file a noise complaint, send an email to Noise@osuairport.org or phone 292-9055. You must leave your name, address, phone number, and date and time of complaint. The airport asks that complaints be lodged as quickly as possible. All information will be treated confidentially.

The IHRA Executive Board supports the OSU Airport. Airport management is committed to being a ?“good neighbor?”, and the new AirScene system will be a useful tool for all.

HALLOWEEN PARTY A SPOOKY SUCCESS
After a rainout on Friday, the neighborhood Halloween party was held the next night, Saturday, October 27th at the Common Grounds. There was a bonfire for roasting hotdogs and marshmallows, goody bags for all the kids, and lots of creepy costumes. A power outage on the south side of Stoney Creek kept the festivities in near-total darkness, which only added to freaky fun. Thanks go to Activities Chair Kristin Zerkle and her helpers. Great job!

HOLIDAY LIGHTS LOOK LOVELY!
As usual, Indian Hills is sporting a seasonal look which includes many, many homes decorated with outdoor lights, wreaths, Santa, reindeer, candy canes, and all sorts of holiday decoration. This time of year, it?’s a real treat to drive through our neighbor-hood. Thanks to all residents who ?“deck the halls?”. It looks great!

POOL FURNITURE STILL AVAILABLE
Just a reminder that some of our old pool furniture is still available, free of charge. These chaise lounges and low ?“sand?” chairs are in the pool parking lot and can be yours for the taking. Whatever is left will be disposed of in early spring ?’07.
