INDIAN HILLS
NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH
PROGRAM

VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED!

THIS IS YOUR INVITATION TO BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR.

A Word from the Neighborhood Watch Coordinator

I would like to take this time and say ?“THANK YOU?”! Because of neighbors like you, we live in a relatively crime free area according to the Seminole County Sheriff?’s Dept. Crime Statistics Report.

We need to continue to keep our neighborhood and children safe. With the addition of the Kewanee Park to our neighborhood, we are going to need volunteers to walk through the park & trails at different times of the day and check on the well being of our friends and neighbors, especially the younger ones. Unlike the streets and yards around our homes, we are not able to look out from a window or a door and see just what is happening in ?“OUR?” park. The Seminole County Sheriff?’s Department, as well as the Casselberry Police Department have both committed to helping us patrol the area, but they can?’t be everywhere at once. By having residents patrol the area, our visibility will help keep the riff raff out. Also, while Seminole County will help maintain Kewannee Park, it does belong to the residents of Indian Hills & therefore we should help keep it clean & trouble free.

Sincerely,
Carl Krauss

I encourage anyone that is interested in volunteering to contact his or her Block Captain, an Association Officer or myself.
