I am very interested in purchasing a home in your neighborhood.  I am pre-qualified & a good neighbor.  I have family nearby & am trying to move closer to them.  I know that homes in your neighborhood are very desireable & sell very, very quickly.  It seems that by the time they are on the MLS they are sold the same day or shortly thereafter.  I am looking for  2-3 bedroom, 1-2 baths, one level home with natural gas heat (no electric heat).

I am NOT on the sex offender registery & have no criminal record.  I have taken care of my property even if it has been an apartment.
