Is there a HOA in BriarVilla South? 

I would like to know who is responsible for maintaining the landscape on Court Road between San Mateo and Chimney Rock Rd?  I see that the landscaping is done from San Mateo to So. Post Oak Rd. (Landscaping for sidewalk and behind Homes along the fences).

Also I have this large tree by my fence facing the street (Marinwood) that needs trimming.  It is growing over my fence into my backyard.  It located on the outside of the sidewalk close to the street (Marinwood).  The address is 16322 Calistoga Ct., Houston, TX  77053
