what do we do when a neighbor have trailers,loveseats and double sinks laying around his yard and the common area, at times it kooks like a junk yard over there and I am really getting tired of looking at all the junk over there everyday. Someone needs to do something about this situation and soon I also know there a several neighbors tired of seweing there property value go down also.   Thank you
