we are new property owners and are having a dispute with the next dooor neighbor over who owns the fence between our properties who can i call to settle this and how do you determine who the fence belongs to? its my understanding that the posts go to the inside of the property owners which this does also it wraps around the perimiter of my property where there are different posts leading around theirs who is right? help

it sounds like you, but without seeing pictures, can't say for sure. 

thank you i will try to get some posted i just learned that even if its not my fence just by them hanging stuff over its still in my property i have talk to someone with the city if anything its a code violation and they will have to stop doin it anyways  oh how i hate drama

Different Question about Fences -- trying to get the appropriate HOA approval to replace out wooden fence with PVC.  This is just a formality as I have seen these all over the neighborhood, any ideas around who I need to appeal to for "approval"?  I have calls into the HOA with no response and an e-mail into the treasurer.

Thoughts?
