Our house has had structural problems since the city diverted natural water drainage with a huge pipe under 8th st N.   We have had the house leveled with piers and sills, which did close cracks and lifted floors.  The company that did the work has gone out of business.  Before doing so, they advised us that from time to time the shims between our piers & Sills would need to be tweaked......anyone have simillar problems?   and a company to recomend to do such work?
