I just moved into the Morningside at the park a couple of months ago and recently recieved a notice saying the I had allowed minors into the pool area unsupervised. 

I will refute the notice, as the few times the grandkids did go into the pool they were always supervised.  What bothers me about this is that it was reported to the HOA by simply "board" and that no information such as time, date, names or other witnesses were necessary to file.  Additionally, that details were not necessary so it could be refuted and the individual making the accusation did not have to come forward.  It seems careless in detail and offensive to me to have to go through something so formal. 

Anybody else having this kind of trouble?  I want to know who to vote for in the next election or who the troublemakers are. 

Good god Man...  didn't your know when you purchase a home within a community that has a Homeowner's Association and a 'Board of Directors' -- You've voluntaraly given away all of Your Constitutional Rights..?   Including your Right to Due Process, Free Speech, Free Press, Right to peacefully assemble and your Right to question the govorning entity (the HOA)?  

Didn't you Read the stack of paperwork handed to You while closing the Deal??   Ok, look through them NOW by pulling out a booklet that says: CC&R's  or Community Covenants, Controls and Restrictions.    Better yet, ask a neighbor to see all og=f the Restrictive Rules and Regulations (its shoulf be about 20-30 pgs), and make a copy for yourself.  Then go home, sit down, put your feet up & Read each and every Article very carfully.

Then if possible, put your place up for Sale, sell it and MOVE OUT before its too late!! 

HOA's are nothing but Blood Sucking Extortion machines - simalar to the MAFIA.
