Hohokam Hills

Was wondering about the topic in the news letter about painting the curbs again.I thought that when Kinney Management had them painted,right after that they said that it really wasn't needed,and that was only for new communitys.I can't remember all the info on that,but maybe somebody can refresh my memory.Painted curbs are just plain ugly,nobody that I talked to cared for them.Thanks for letting me rant.
