From Planning to Action! Neighborhood Improvement Project

The Neighborhood Improvement project for historic Washington Heights kicked off with a bang with a community celebraton and ground breaking ceremony. It was a well attended event coordinated by Sam Barber, Project Manager, Engineering and Property Management.

This year, work will begin on a series of special high-impact projects that will help our neighborhood make its strategic priorities a Realty.

The Neighborhood Improvement project will include curb and gutter, sidewalks, drainage, landscaping, water/sewer upgrades and street improvements.
