Historic Kenwood

The homeless situation is a significant problem.  We have an office building in the Kenwood area and have had a breakin to a car, peeing on walls, trash, needles and trojans dumped behind our building.  We are trying to work with the police and neighbors to rectify the problem, but currently they just continue to return.  At this time I would not recommend this area to live in for my friends or family. 

Hi, I too am thinking of moving to Kenwood and the Magnolia Heights area. I am starting a small business on Central and would like to know what the current situation is with crime i nthe area as of July. Anything happening ?  I would love to settle soon and would aprreciate some nfo. Thanks Benzio
