Is anyone else appalled as much as I with motorcycles and four-wheelers riding on the sidewalks and tearing up the common areas? I will never understand the need to ride through the neiborhood when there is miles of open desert. Any ideas on how to curb? The association did not seemed interested in handling this problem.
