Harbor Cove Neighbors

I am planning to have a wedding in december in one of my relatives backyards who is a resident in this neighborhood. I am curious as to what would be requirements, rules, or regulations to follow for this. As the date approaches I was planning to let all surrounding neighbors know what will be happening. Some of my main questions and concerns have to do with parking and noise level. If someone could provide me with any sort of information to make the planning and preparation easier I would greatly appreciate it.
