Happy Valley Ranch III Neighbors

The builder defect settlement is tentatively expected in the first quarter of 2008. The finance committee has prepared a settlement handling plan. The BOD and finance committee is preparing a plan for the final repair construction phase of the project. Details will be distributed to all homeowners once the plans are approved formally by the BOD at one of their meetings. All homeowner inquiries about the legal aspect of this project should be taken directly to our legal council at Burdman & Shore Law Group as noted in our community newsletters.
