I'm a prospective buyer and am currently thinking about placing an offer on one of the condos. Before I do, can anyone tell me what they know about this issue? Also, any information on when the exteriors are going to be painted?

The buildings will be painted in 2008.  You can monitor the status of this issue through our board of directors meeting minutes.
