Can anyone explain how some people can point a revolver in the air and fire off 5 rounds while driving in a residential neighborhood? That happened recently in front of our house on 39th ave. S. and we're baffled at how someone could do that. The police were equally puzzled, but not as suprised. I heard the shots at around 9:00 pm and the police were there shortly thereafter. We all found the shell casings in the street and it appeared to be a .22 or .25 caliber. Bullets from these "celebrating" can come down and kill someone. I don't know about you but when that happens in front of your house your vision of "the hood" changes.

 I only wish that someone would have gotten a licsence number. But that might be dangerous . We can only hope it was an isolated insident. We love this neighborhood, I want others to enjoy it and not abuse it.
