You're also obviously not aware of very much. The property management company is not UNWILLING to use the internet as a form of communication. They have an e-mail address and actually PREFER that it be used as a means of communication. If they had to monitor this site and respond to people like you, they'd never have time to get their job done. If you would attend a meeting once in a while you'd be a lot more aware of what's going on rather than making ridiculous assumptions.
