When will our residents realize that it is their responsibility to dispose of appliances such as; hot water heaters, washing machines, dryers, etc. Their best method is to make sure that whoever installs their new appliance, that they dispose of the old one. Also it is the owners responsibility to breakup furniture and boxes so that they will fit in the dumpsters.
