Hi All,
My husband and I are likely buying a condo in Green Tree Summit. We love the community and are very excited about living there. However, I was curious about the history regarding the separate condos - Green Tree Run and Green Tree Summit - and why GTS cannot have access to the pool/exercise area of GTR, even if it required membership fees and/or higher condo fees. If anyone has any information I'd be very interested to know.
