Grant Road Community Blockwatch

Hi...Wondered if you know about The Haven. It is a drug rehab center in our neighborhood. Concerns are about their constant expansion. Recently they have purchased Adelaide Square Apts. This is an older brick apartment complex ACROSS THE STREET from their current facility...(which now extends to Park Ave) How does this effect our property values, traffic, and the visitors coming and going??
