Sidewalk Replacement
Go 50/50 with the City
Did you know the city will pay 50% of the cost to replace your damaged sidewalk (25% if you are a senior); the city pays 100% of parkway walks. The city would like to coordinate replacing sidewalks on the whole block if possible - Applications in by the end of February still have a good chance for spring sidewalk replacement! Joy Schaad (528-3443) has offered to coordinate for GWCA and will give details at the Feb. meeting.
