SUGGESTION:

1. evaluate current landscaping contractor's service. are we getting what we are paying for?

2. Solicit bids from other landscaping companies for the work, compare price.

3. in the future, divide entire subdivision into 2 to 3 sections, give each company one section, let them compete and enable us to compare.
