Spring Creek Homeowners - Our next meeting will be Wednesday 5/29/24 at 7 pm. The Board will be providing an update about the pond situation of the large pond at Ripplingbrook Way/Streamside Drive. All homeowners are invited to attend.

As was requested by homeowners at the last meeting, we are going to have this meeting in person. The Board encourages homeowners to attend in person as we will be discussing possible options to address the large pond to help prevent it from drying out again.

The location will be announced later - it will likely be Venture Church (where we've held meetings pre-COVID) or the playground, if the church is not available. Once Tammy at Ardsley Management confirms the church's availability, a further update will be posted about the location.

A similar update was posted to the Spring Creek Facebook page. One of the A-frame signs has been displayed at one of the neighborhood's entrances with these details & the other sign will be displayed in the near future.

The Board hopes to see many homeowners at this meeting!
